The Dope Kid Return Policy
At The Dope Kid, your satisfaction is our priority! If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to make things right.
Eligibility for Returns
• Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
• Products must be unused, in their original condition, and with all packaging intact.
• Custom or personalized items are non-refundable, unless there’s a defect or mistake on our part.
Non-Returnable Items
• Digital downloads.
• Items marked as “final sale.”
Refund Options
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or we made an error.
How to Initiate a Return
1. Email us at maya@thedopekid.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
2. Once approved, you’ll receive a return authorization and shipping instructions.
3. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error or defective product.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the issue, and we’ll send a replacement or offer a full refund.
Exchanges
• If you need a different size or style, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for faster service.
